The National Kidney Federation NKF's New Peer Support Service was launched in late 2024
This National Peer Support Service is a safe space where people can connect with our ‘peers’ to converse about lived experiences and they are there to support you. This might be over the phone, online, or in person. The NKF team have shared their peer support communication pack with the network to promotes this across the region.
The network team has been working in collaboration with the NKF and renal service teams across the region promoting the new peer support service.
